Terms and Guarantee Conditions

The guarantee

If the short-form clips we produce and post for you do not reach a combined total of 1,000,000 organic views across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook within 90 days of the first post, we refund the program fee in full.

Conditions

• The program runs 90 days from the first published clip and includes 60 clips.
• Every clip is posted as delivered, on the agreed schedule, to connected accounts that stay active and public for the full 90 days.
• No other video is posted on the connected accounts within 24 hours of a program clip, and no clip is edited, cut or re-captioned before posting.
• No paid promotion, boosting or purchased engagement is applied to program clips.
• Views are counted as reported natively by each platform on day 90. The client gives read access to the relevant analytics for the count.
• Where the count is disputed, both parties review the platform analytics together before any decision is final.

What the guarantee does not cover

Views are the guaranteed outcome. Leads, listings, followers, sales or income are not guaranteed, and any such outcome depends on your market and your follow-up.
